Smarp admin users can find company settings on the top bar of Smarp browser app behind "Settings". Settings are divided into different categories
Edit and view your company's basic settings under General tab.
Company name determines the name of your company, visible to your users on Smarp.
Package details shows you how many user seats of your quota you have used.
From here you will be able to determine the 'Essential' and 'Default' channels for your company. If channels are set either to 'Essential' or 'Default', new and existing users will automatically subscribe to these channels.
Essential channels any channels set to Essential will mean that users cannot unsubscribe from these channels
Default channels are such that users can choose if they want to unsubscribe from these channels
Set posts’ period of availability for sharing by default by setting the expiration period. Posts are archived automatically after they expire, and moved to Archived posts. You can always reactivate any post from the Archive.
You can also allow users to create internal content (posts that are not shareable to outside of Smarp and can only be read internally by your Smarp users). If you enable this option, the internal posts created by your users will go straight to the Published Feed while external posts would still go to the Published Feed.
Daily digest email is great way for users to keep up to date on new interesting content. You can edit the subject line and greeting message of the digest email.
Select the default sending days and time for Smarp digest emails. Note that the sending time is in UTC+0 time zone.
