User Analytics works almost the same way as the Post Analytics. You have all the same options available (Shares & Clicks and Social Reactions tabs) and we present the same key metrics there. The main difference is that you analyze the results from users' point of view, rather than from the content perspective. You can see who have been the most active sharers during the certain time frame, who has been able to attract most clicks and/or reactions, etc.
One of the most common ways to use the User Analytics is to find out the users who you provide encouragement to or reactivate. Even if Smarp has the Leaderboard to present the most active persons what it comes to points, it is very important to acknowledge and reward those users who might not be the most active ones. Everyone’s contribution is important, which is why you as an admin should try to find out who would deserve a commendation for reasons other than being active. In the example below, Niklas has acquired a good amount of click with just 9 shares. Kudos Niklas!
In User Analytics, clicking the name of a user will provide you more detailed information on his/her shared posts. You could, for example, find out what kind of content he/she like to share and what kind of content works well in his/her personal networks
Note that the he date under the user’s name is date when they have joined Smarp.
