If you have trouble finding the company Smarp domain where you have a Smarp account, please use our subdomain finder to request an email with that information! If you don't yet have a Smarp account, you will also receive information about any Smarp domains you could join.
If you have a user account with Smarp, you can log in in different ways depending on your company domain's settings. The ways to log in include:
- With your Smarp credentials
- With your social network accounts credentials
- With your company credentials via Single Sign-On
We will walk you through the process of logging in with each of these options, so please refer to the ones that your company Smarp domain uses in order to access your Smarp account. Some Smarp domains allow logging in via multiple ways.
1. Log in with Smarp credentials
When accessing your company Smarp domain, if the login screen looks as shown below, you are able to log in with the email address or phone number you used when you set up your Smarp account and the password for Smarp that you created during setup.
To make sure that you are trying to log into the correct Smarp domain, check that your company's name is written next to the title "Log into ...". In the example above, we are trying to login to the Support domain. If your company name is not written there, you are most likely trying to access the wrong Smarp domain. See the top of this article for help.
If you have forgotten the password for your Smarp account, you can reset it by clicking the 'Forgot your password'-button. For more help related to resetting your password, read here.
2. Log in with a social network account
(Please note that you can only log in with a social network account if it has already been connected to your Smarp account from the Settings within Smarp.)
If your company allows logging in with social network accounts, you might see all or any of the following networks: LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or Facebook.
To log in with your social network credentials, click the button for the social network which credentials you want to log in with and a new window will open with that network's login screen where you have to input the email address and password for your social network account.
If you receive an error when trying to access with your social network credentials, it might mean that there is no connection between Smarp and your social network at the moment. In this case, you can request a login link to be sent to your email address via which you can access your Smarp account. You will only receive a login link if you have a Smarp account with the email address you input in the field. If you do not receive a login link, most likely you do not have a Smarp account. See the top of this article for help and use the subdomain finder to find a Smarp domain to join.
When you have accessed your Smarp account again, you can reconnect your social network account to Smarp in your Settings. For instructions on how to do this, refer to this article.
3. Log in with Single Sign-On
If your company has enabled Single Sign-On for Smarp, you will only be able to log in to Smarp using your company credentials. If the login screen only has one button saying 'Login with Single Sign On', this tells you that you can log in with your company credentials.
Click on the button to be taken to your company's login page where you can enter the credentials that you use to access your company's resources and assets. After logging in with your credentials, you will be redirected back to your Smarp account.
