The profile picture for your Smarp profile is fetched directly from your connected social media accounts, meaning your profile picture from either your LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook account will be displayed as your profile picture in Smarp.
Smarp fetches your profile picture from LinkedIn, and if not possible from there then from Twitter, and lastly from Facebook. This means that if you have connected your LinkedIn account to Smarp, your profile picture will be fetched from LinkedIn rather than from your other connected social media accounts.
If you would like to manually upload a profile picture directly to Smarp to replace the one from your social media accounts, you are able to do so while using Smarp on your laptop. The profile picture can be changed by choosing 'Profile' under your profile or by clicking 'View my Insights' on the Smarp feed.
Once a profile picture has been fetched or uploaded to Smarp, you are not able to remove it. You can only change the picture by manually uploading another one in its place.
