The power of employee communication relies on collaboration. Get your colleagues on board to make sure they receive all relevant content, tips, and practices that their company and colleagues shares. (Please note that not all company domains allow users to invite colleagues!).
To invite colleagues to join your company Smarp domain, you need to navigate to the bottom of the post feed in Smarp. Along the right side of your post feed there is a box titled Earn more points. Click the link in the box that says Invite colleagues.
Once clicked, an invitation box appears. Please type in your colleague's email address and, if applicable, please select the corresponding email domain and click Invite 1 colleague.
You are able to invite multiple colleagues at once by clicking +Add more or add a personalized invitation message which is sent with your invitation. If you do not add your own message, the default message for your company will be sent instead.
After sending the invitation, your colleague will receive it momentarily and will be able to join directly from the email.
