Smarp offers you different ways of measuring your success with sharing and creating posts in Smarp. For certain events, you can earn points which in turn raises your chances of appearing on your company's Leaderboards. The leaderboards help to create a little friendly competition between you and your colleagues. Points can also be used to obtain Perks from your company. (Please note that the leaderboard might not be enabled for every company Smarp domain.)
As a user, you can typically collect points for:
- Proposing content to be approved and published on Smarp
- Sharing content to social media
- Getting unique clicks on their shared content on social media
- Inviting your colleagues to join your company's Smarp domain
You can see for which events and how many points you can receive per event on your Smarp feed in the Earn more points section. Similarly, you can see how many points you earn per share by opening the sharing window for each social network. Please note that for which events you can get points and how many points per event depends on your company domain's settings.
Smarp only rewards points for unique shares and clicks, meaning that if a post is shared twice to the same social media network, user will only be rewarded points for the share once. Also, only unique clicks will award Smarp points, i.e. if the same person clicks the same post multiple times this will only be counted as one click.
You are able to see how many points you have in Smarp from under your profile. There are two types of points, regular Points and Lifetime points. Lifetime points is the total amount of points that you have had in Smarp whereas Points are your current points. If you have ever collected a reward in Smarp, the points that have been deducted for that reward are not shown in your Points but they are still shown in your Lifetime points.
If you want to see how many points you received for a certain share, you can visit the the 'View my Insights' page.
You can find the Leaderboard on the right side of the Smarp feed by scrolling down a little.
You can filter the Leaderboard and see how you and your colleagues are fairing per This Week, This Month and All Time as well as any other specific time frames your company admins have chosen to include. Depending on your company domain's settings, you might also be able to filter by All Users or any Teams that you belong to in order to see how your team members are doing.
