In rare and unfortunate cases, the emails sent from Smarp can be considered as a spam by some email clients. Therefore, your IT department might want to look into adding Smarp's email domain and IP address to their Allowlists to ensure that all emails, including invitations, reset password emails, daily digest emails and more, find their way to your users.
Email domain Allowlisting
All Smarp's emails are sent from support (at) smarp.com. Allowlisting this address is often enough to ensure that the emails are allowed to be received by your company's email client.
In other situations it can become necessary to allowlist specific IP addresses. Smarp uses this IP address to send automated emails: 22.214.171.124.
