After a Proposed post is approved by an admin or channel manager, the post will be published and shown on the Smarp Published feed. In some cases, you might wonder why you are still seeing the note 'Pending in X channels' under the post when it is already on the Published feed:
This signifies that even though the post has been published in selected channels – for example, the above post has been published in the 'HR' and 'All Company' channels – the post is still pending in other channels. A post can hence be in the Published and Proposed feed at the same time. A post will remain in the Proposed feed until it has been reviewed for all channels it was proposed to.
When you review a post for publication, you have to review for all the channels it was proposed to, meaning you have to decide to approve or reject for each channel individually. If you leave any channels as Pending, the post will remain in the Proposed feed:
If you want the post to no longer show on the Proposed feed, simply approve or reject the post for each channel it is proposed to. After this, the note 'Pending in X channels' will disappear and the post will no longer be on the Proposed feed.
